Issue 101 of 3D Artist is out now!
Hot off the heels of issue 100 we’ve got another awesome issue for you this month. Blender is extremely popular with hobbyists and pros worldwide, and the recent 2.78 update has ushered in some brilliant new features. We’ve asked six incredible artists to break down some of their most useful workflows including non-destructive modelling, skin shaders and much more. Follow along and get to grips with some of the versatile app’s best tools.
Elsewhere in the issue, we’ve spoken to teams from VFX Legion and Atomic Cartoons about their amazing VFX and animation work for film and TV and bring you some invaluable insight into their pipelines. We also decided that it was high time we deconstructed six of the major game engines out there at the moment so that you can exploit the real-time revolution that’s currently in full swing. Also, as if that wasn’t enough, we’ve got a great tutorial section covering Unreal Engine 4, Maya, Blender, Unity, MODO, After Effects and much more! Enjoy.
See you next month!
